We really want you to be happy with your purchase and hope you love what you’ve bought, if you need to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All products need to be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. Items need to be returned to us in saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging. Your refund will be credited to the same card you made your payment with — excluding any shipping costs. Your return to us will be at your cost.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If by some chance your product is faulty. Please contact us immediately so we can get it sorted. Please note all of our items are handmade, characteristics may differ slightly between each product. Due to the limited nature of our items, we may not always have items in stock. If you have a faulty item that you need to exchange we will do our very best to replace or exchange your item; if we can’t, we will refund you.
